LG LS242HE 22500 BTU Heat and Cool 13 SEER Mini Split Air Conditioner with Multi Power System, Plasma Air Purifying System, Chaos Swing Air Circulation and LCD Remote Control. The LG LS242HE features high efficiency of 13 SEER with the R-410A Refrigerant, Multi Power System Energy saving twin compressors: one provides power at 60% capacity until the system reaches a desired temperature, then the smaller compressor takes over to provide sustained operation at 40% capacity. This unique energy saving feature is only available on select LG Mini split Units. Chaos Swing - Computer controlled vanes create a more natural flow of air, reducing temperature stratification. Ultra-Quiet Streamlined Air Fan - Interior units have a cross-flow fan that operates at low speed but generates more air. Special fan housing creates smooth, quiet air flow and the unit's low-voltage DC motor operates with minimal noise. Jet Cool - Operates at high speed for up to 30 minutes to quickly cool a room down to 65degrees F. Triple-filter air purifying system - An electrostatic filter removes dust, pollen and smoke; an anti-fungal filter prevents bacteria and mold from forming; and a deodorizing filter constantly freshens the air. Dehumidifying Mode Indoor unit accurately senses room temperature and controls humidity by shutting down compressor(s) before a room is over-cooled.
